The process has been started and Agent downloaded the dumps in readiness. I was asked to point the domain to mw-lb. miraheze.org, but all I had to do in the past was change the name servers, not set a CNAME record.

The Miraheze subdomain version of the site has been created, and by the looks of it, populated with pages too (main page isn’t there through) and a bunch of templates are broken at quick glance. Images still need adding and the subdomain domain changing to the custom domain.

I have pointed the name servers to Miraheze’s usual ns1 and ns2 . Can someone have a look please to make the final changes.

Just some screenshot if it helps. Nothing is accessible from the custom domain, and the subdomain version is incomplete. I did ask Agent via email on 30th March regarding the DNS but haven't heard anything since. 1st image: thegreatwar.uk, 2nd image: thegreatwar.uk/wiki/Main_Page, and 3rd image: thegreatwar.miraheze.org/wiki/Main-Page (without any of my actual main page info and images). If Agent is too busy atm, can someone else look into this, thanks.

What I'm curious is what process exactly exists for manual migrations at all

I am assuming there must have been something in place for migrations before announcing that everyone wanting to keep their wikis need to do so before a certain date. There must have been some expectation that there will be a lot of people wanting this doing this in a short period of time. I’ve had a few weeks off from any of my wikis and I didn’t even know about it.

@ember dune A central list of pending transfers is a given, surely? There’s a lot of people requiring help for lots of different issues, so I can see this backlog getting bigger. Some threads have a great deal of input, others have little-to-nothing.

There is a tag that specifically tracks these and I assume that's what is being used but I do think something more would be nice to straighten the process

There’s always ways to improve services, unfortunately most of these require more people, time and money. Tags are only useful if people are checking the lists in which they populate.

Thanks @autumn meadow There are no images, and whilst pages exist, they don’t register in statistics or populate the categories.

I hate to sound like a broken record but a few back the transfer from WikiTide to Miraheze was started and it is almost complete but I still don’t have any article statistics (even though the pages seem to be in tact) and as a result, none of my categories are populated. Can this be resolved as soon as possible please? Thanks

Bringing this up again, still no one has actioned the final part of this somewhat lengthy transfer - I still do not have any statistic data for pages in the main name space, and none of my categories are populated with those pages. Please, can someone fix this, thanks.

agent was the one who may have actioned and he is gone, and nobody would be particularly up to date with the transfer now - is there a standing phorge task for this so it is not lost that way?

and either way I will give @kind idol a nudge (apologies if inappropriate) as this one is very stale but reasonably urgent for the local community; seems like something that can be repopulated with the right buttons since the main transfer bit has finished

@ember dune Thanks for getting back to me. There was no ticket as it was actioned originally via email with Agent. I’m not sure why the pages exist but they don’t show in my categories. I am happy for literally anyone who can action this to do so. It seems like it should be a simple fix. If BlueMoon can sort it, that would be great.
