I made a private wiki and want to make it like liquidpedia and i want to make wiki pages linked to my main wiki. How can i do this?

linking inside a wiki is done w/ [[...]]

linking to another wiki can be done either like external links ([URL text]) or w/ interwiki prefixes, like this
[[mw:Help:Links]]

but interwiki prefix has to be set up on your wiki's interwiki table page, atm only Miraheze interwiki admins can do that, you can leave a request in #1019693991920418936

as to how create a new page

type a link to non existent page somewhere - after saving or in preview it will be red, click on it and you'll be redirected to page creation
type name of the page manually in URL after /wiki/ portion, like .../wiki/Test, hit enter - same outcome as above
if you are using skin Cosmos, in right top part of the banner must be "Create new article" icon button
create an input box somewhere, which will work like the button, two ways of setup here
