So, we are wanting help of miraheze.

try PortableInfobox extension
it will let you to create infoboxes easily, its code is easy to learn and its visual builder feature helps to create a very simple infobox like a puzzle
to activate extension go to "Manage this wiki's extension" admin menu, then either search for "PortableInfobox" or go to "Parser hooks" tab

any infobox, you are building it by yourself

where the image will be, which fields it should have, etc
