Hi, I recently submitted a request to start a new wiki (I think), I was just wondering if there is an established way to see if the request actually went through, as I don't want to double-send anything. The reason I am concerned is that I did not receive any email confirmation and there are no pending requests when I log into the Meta. Thanks!
