From the dropdown you choose the name of the namespace and click send or ok.
Then arrive to this page:

https://the-name-of-your-wiki.miraheze.org/wiki/Especial:ManageWiki/namespaces/3000

Where the number at the end is the number of the namespace on your wiki. namespaces/0 is for main.
