Is it possible to disable shared images? We copied a page linking to [[file:Chicken.png]] as this was the filename on the fandom wiki, but for some reason it is an existing image File:Chicken.png
Is it possible to disable these images? It hasn't collided with our new image names yet but that is probably bound to happen at some point.

if you upload an image with the right name you will get a message:

and any file that is linked but not in the wiki will still show up in the WantedFiles list:

Will it overwrite the shared one if my bot tries to upload a file with this name?

Special:ManageWiki/settings -> Media: uncheck the options "Enable WIkimedia Commons Files" and "Enable Mirahze Commons". This will make it so that your wiki only displays images uploaded to your wiki.
