as for characters lore...
staritng with skelebros, basiccly what i planned for skelebros is this: papyrus works as a detective and if youre planning to be pacifist, you can help his cases as side quests! as for sans, he resides somewhere on hotland replacement. oh and well as it says in the drawing, papyrus also works as Undoy's labrat or whatever to test some of her stuff (ofcourse Undoy makes sure its not too extreme that he couldn't handle it)
as for armmolot, singrinlook, and the lesbianz....
Basiccly ArmmoLot is a mech alphys controls to guard, many monsters believe that alphys controls it but its actually napstablook. Anyeays Napstablook becomes a friendly giant meanwhile Mettaton practices their singing in the ruins replacment, the moment when they see you, they challange you in a duel or whatever. (Heads up, wanted to have flowers grow around Singrinlook's mic meanwhile adding the deltarune symbol onto one of Armmolot's shoulder plates but forgot to add them and dont feel like adding it now :P)
also basiccly Undyne has that suit on or whatever cuz she cant stand being in hotland, meanwhile alphys always loved to feel like a anime protag but in reality is a big goof under her guard persona thing (undynes a scientist if ya didnt know)ers lore...
as for tornella and teamore
basiccly the underground decided to put teamore into the ruins instead of him being at the end so he could harvest the human souls not just much more easily but more quickly, tornella in return decided to be as far as possible from teamore due to the fact she doesn't wanna see children die in her own eyes, and decided to break off with him.
Teamore's mental health wasnt the best since charma was in a coma, thankfully he used enough magic to make charma age very slowly till they figure out on how to wake them up again after a accident (also the fact his wife left him)
after some time Teamore and tornella decided to give some percentage of their magic to their son, asriel, ever since they aged more.
part of why Teamore's fight is easier than in undertales is cuz of his age and mental state.
meanwhile, it seems like she drinks regulary that in her battle, she fights you in a drunken state (she wouldn't fight you if she wasnt drunk btw) and you attack her til she gets her senses back..
