Do you have your foregroundtiles.xml in your map metadata

Assuming this wasn't just a typo when copying to discord, it should be Graphics/UTCxmls/Alex21/ForegroundTiles.xml, not Graphics/UTCxmls/Alex21/ForegroundTiles/xml

I'm not sure this is necessary, but did you restart Ahorn after adding this?
