If you plan to write code mods, you'll want fna, but it doesn't really matter outside of that
Ah, i was under the impression that one might run better than the other since i remembered one being the one for mod making and whatnot
It's possible, but would likely depend on your specific computer and setup
the reason FNA is considered better for mod making is because it's easier to reference FNA.dll rather than having to find the XNA dlls somewhere deep in your windows folder
neither one is inherently better than the other for general playing, there's a good chance one will work slightly better for you but as brokemia said it's very dependent on pc
