depending on your grip and/or how big your hand is, you could play like this with one hand!
dpad to move and your choice of b/a/1/2 for jump/dash/grab (either pressing with your palm or if you have giant hands, wrapping your fingers around)

i finished celeste with a wiimote, the back button was grab, 1 and 2 were dash and jump, was really fun to play with it
