Possible to enable or disable mods then quit game without restarting?

Can I disable a mod for the next time I play, then just walk away from my computer while Celeste doesn't restart?

(also is this an appropriate use of forums if I just want a yes or no answer?)

it is not possible from within everest, though you could edit your blacklist.txt

I've considered making an everest PR to make this possible because I would also like this to be possible, but I haven't gotten around to looking at UI stuff
