entered a map and all of my controls were disabled except from my pause button

also no, I have no idea why my skins randomly re-enabled

I can also hide hud for a short period of time after closing pause menu

#

obviously I could restart chapter/save and quit or whatever to escape it (which I did) - but still a very strange bug

if retry is disabled you might be in a cutscene; maybe try using the celestetas (https://gamebanana.com/tools/6715) info panel to see what player state you're in

yh I just don't know how I'd end up in a cutscene there - like aside from the wakeup intro there's nothing in the map that's a cutscene

It was a one time thing so I guess? - I think I had managed to store some cutscene flag from something else by exiting in a weird way or smth
