#Celeste crashes when changing full screen setting

I've been wanting to get into speedrunning and have been dealing with this issue for almost 3 hours now trying to fix it. I need to record Celeste and used OBS but it doesn't detect celeste under any options available. I thought it might need to be windowed and tried to change the setting, instant crash. Consistent as well, happens every time I try to change the full screen option. Below is the error log I get whenever I try this:
