Issue with Chronia-helper (I think)

I was messing with some settings to fix a background coloring error and I think I enabled something with Chronia helper that now is not letting me play mods I have the log file (yes I did update everything)

in the meantime if you can access mod options, can you turn off something in chronia helper called 'level bloom displayer' or similar?

also if its not too much of a hassle im trying to fix the background of this map and nothing is working. All the visual and gameplay tweaks are set to what the map needs (50% opacity and black and white bg)

if its more complicated of a fix ill just live with the no black and white
