Vanilla works fine, also i get this warning when i try to open Everest from Olympus
disabling all mods doesn't work either

I think that might be caused by a corrupted mod zip in your mods folder.
Scroll to the bottom of your "manage installed mods" section in olympus and look at what the last mod is, that's where it stopped reading mods after encountering the corrupted mod. Then press the "open mods folder" button and find that same mod in there. Then delete the next mod after that one. Make sure your mods folder is sorted alphabetically. Then relaunch olympus and look if the mod list loads more mods.
