Celeste not starting - unsupported file format

When I try to open celeste, all of the mods load and celeste opens, but after a second, it closes and I see an error message (log attached below). It is an issue with one of crossover collab's dependencies, as the game works fine when croco and its dependencies are disabled.

delete the Cache folder in your Mods folder

(it wont break anything)
