#Everest causing stuttering/freezing

I've been getting stutters for few days now, ever since I returned to celeste. They seem random and occur with about 15-25minute intervals, more accurately 3-4 times during my current 1 hour runs. I tried disabling all mods and exclusive fullscreen but that didn't fix anything. I don't get stutters on vanilla atleast when I tried for around 1.5-2hours. I also tried reinstalling celeste and everest and both 6157 and 6170 stable versions. Video is on death stutter but they happen randomly, not only on deaths.
