everest alt+tab --> gpu crash

i recently got a new pc and i've noticed sometimes when i alt-tab out of everest, my gpu crashes. for reference, i have a Radeon RX 9060 XT and i'm on windows 11. things i know:

• it happens specifically when i alt-tab out of everest
• it's a gpu crash - i'm pretty sure at least, because my monitors go black for a few seconds, then the amd bug report tool pops up
  things i don't know:
• if it also happens on vanilla
• if it's an everest problem or amd problem - i.e. is everest causing my gpu to crash, or is my gpu causing everest to crash?
  i've attached the crash log, but after scrolling through it myself, i can't see anything useful. honestly i have no idea what's actually happening, but my hypothesis is that something in windows is causing the gpu to crash, which then causes celeste to crash. please lmk if you have any ideas or have seen this before. thanks

from a software security standpoint having an unprivileged app (the game) crash the GPU driver entirely is a big concern, and something that should not be possible, the app should crash instead if it does any "bad" things

this means that its probably just a driver bug, so try reinstaling, making sure you are up to date, and even downgrading the drivers
