changing core styleground when changing core mode

when i change the core mode to hot or cold, the styleground remains the same. how do i change this?

setting core mode to cold enables the cold flag

there's separate sets of stylegrounds for cold and hot

add a set of stylegrounds which shows up on the cold flag
