Im making a custom portrait but something is wrong :/

Could you be more descriptive on what is happening? (Portraits scare me but giving a description will help others give you a better answer)

When I enter the cutscene dialogue trigger, Madeline's portrait disappears from the game, but the custom one doesn't, and that causes a crash when I go to the "climb" option in the main menu.
