what i did before the crash - installed vanilla contest - wondered why the mod wouldn't load - went to settings > update dependencies - installed one out of 30-40 dependencies - got tired of waiting, cancel the updates - quit the game

someone more knowledgeable correct me if i'm wrong, but wasn't there an announcement that some mods (specifically Isa's Grab Bag) would stop working in newer versions of everest bc of dotnet 8? that might be what's happening here

In Olympus, under "Manage Installed Mods" you can update all of them at once
