after using CelesteTAS for a bit, i can't seem to use ` to open the debug console or t to open celestenet chat. this troubles me. what could be causing this?

after using CelesteTAS for a bit, i can't seem to use ` to open the debug console or t to open celestenet chat. this troubles me. what could be causing this?
for the record, this persists even if i turn the TAS tools off.
it seems restarting the entire game is the only solution.
also broken is the F6 debug map.
in the sense that F6 does not open it.
