It could be stupid but can you tell me how to change the position of the key sprite ? Because I've try but to no avail : ( ... Thanks ^^

Replace <Justify.../> with <Origin x="16" y="32" /> in key of your xml

Adjust the x and y values in Origin to offset it

Yes, just note you need to set a .meta.yaml for each image
