#Trans berry mod alt flags?

In the mod description it says there are other flags available to reskin but I couldn't find any setting for this in mod settings (goal is to get mlm berries)

There doesn't seem to be any other flags in the mod files. The gamebanana page says that at least one additional version was added in 2.0.0 but the versions provided for download only go up to 1.4.2.

Or did the mod get deprecated or replaced by some other one? Gamebanana search sucks.
