I tried to disable Breeze Contest but Olympus can't save that I disabled it and it gets enabled again. Everything worked fine until I downloaded the latest Olympus version.

In order to get logs for Olympus, navigate to the following folder:

On Windows, %LocalAppdata%/Olympus
On Linux, ~/.config/Olympus
On OSX, ~/Library/Application Support/Olympus
Using flatpak, ~/.var/app/io.github.everestapi.Olympus/config/Olympus
The Olympus log is directly in this folder, and is called log-sharp.txt.

Olympus logs contain paths to certain files and folders in your system (e.g.: the folder Olympus is run from) to help with diagnosing problems. Remember to censor any usernames in log files before uploading them.

looks like some sort of permission issue, id suggest reinstalling the game and making sure your user has all the permissions over the game files

not too well versed when it comes to windows fs permissions but it seems like this thread shows how to reset it
