Sometimes, I'll boot up Everest, just wanting to play buuuut it'll reset my save files to days, weeks, or over A MONTH before I last saved, this is the 3rd time this has happened.

this is probably steam cloud's fault (or similar) make sure you are syncing properly every time you close the game, and not overwriting it with other devices
