I downloaded Strawberry Jam Collab, after that, the dependencies, but when everest tries to install BounceHelper and CrystallineHelper it returns an error.

logs are at your game directory, but by the looks of it just restart the game and install the missing dependencies
otherwise do send the log, run /everestlogs for a detailed explanation
