Normally, the game runs perfectly fine at stable 60FPS, however, rarely, the game just starts stuttering at random and never stops, not even exiting and re-entering fullscreen fixes it and the only solution is to restart the game. Interestingly, the stuttering occurs when objects are moving, standing still won't cause any stutters (most of the time). (Note: i run the game primarily with Vulkan as specified by the --graphics Vulkan flag on the launch options)

I'm running Linux Mint 22 Wilma (on a laptop) with latest updates and kernel installed.

Specs:
CPU: i5 12500H (4P 4.5GHz + 8E 3.3GHz)
RAM: 16Gb dual channel RAM clocked at 2667MHz
SSD: 512GB NVMe
GPU: Iris Xe 80EUs iGPU

i915 graphics driver is loaded and everything else works perfectly.
There are no CPU usage spikes when the stuttering occurs.
Happens on both AC and battery.
All the other games have no such issues.
Everest, Olympus, and Celeste are all up to date.
Only 1 mod is running.
It stutters both in the overworld map and in game.
