devout escarp

i told you to send log-sharp.txt

outer finch
devout escarp
#

the everest installer stuff is in log-sharp.txt

outer finch
#

here

devout escarp
#

what everest version are they installing

#

and what is their olympus version

outer finch
#

checking, 1 sec

outer finch
#

olympus is 23.09.23.03

#

but when tried 24.09.21.01 it didnt work either

devout escarp
#

why are they installing 4449?

#

that version is a year old

outer finch
#

yeah but someone said it might work then they tried

#

but rn tried 5034 again and nothing

devout escarp
#

what is the error this time

#

i mean the log

outer finch
#

In order to get logs for Olympus, navigate to the following folder:

  • On Windows, %LocalAppdata%/Olympus
  • On Linux, ~/.config/Olympus
  • On OSX, ~/Library/Application Support/Olympus
  • Using flatpak, ~/.var/app/io.github.everestapi.Olympus/config/Olympus
The Olympus log is directly in this folder, and is called log-sharp.txt.

Olympus logs contain paths to certain files and folders in your system (e.g.: the folder Olympus is run from) to help with diagnosing problems. Remember to censor any usernames in log files before uploading them.

this looks like they're just having internet issues

#
[sharp] Failed running task webget: System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred.
  ---> System.Exception: Failed downloading https://maddie480.ovh/celeste/everest-versions
---> System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.
---> System.IO.IOException: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
#

they should see something like this

outer finch
#

wait she is turning off the anti-virus, thinks might be it

#

here, sorry it took long

devout escarp
#

outer finch
#

devout escarp
#

#

then when installing everest scroll to the bottom and pick select from zip

#

and give it this zip

outer finch
#

okok

#

same thing happened

devout escarp
#

can they send the log now without closing olympus

outer finch
#

devout escarp
outer finch
devout escarp
#

outer finch
#

lemme ask

devout escarp
#

#

yet it matches

outer finch
#

they said they went to the appdata/olympis

#

and was tht

devout escarp
#

well i don't know how to tell you this but this is the same file

devout escarp
#

uh, wrong reply

outer finch
#

but the error message shows up then it crashes

#

cant even press the open log

devout escarp
#

okay so close olympus, then delete the log.txt and log-sharp.txt files from the log folder

#

open again and try it again
then don't even click open log

#

just go to the folder and send the log again

outer finch
#
