tilesets not appearing in Lönn?

i did what the wiki said and it isn't appearing in Lönn
here is the image of said tileset and what im trying to say
i know some people tried to help me in #asset_making but im still very confused
ill provide you with the zip file of the mod to see what i did wrong if needed.
