Theo Reskin not working

I'm trying to reskin Theo but it isn't working for some reason.

if you get a missing texture image like that, you can always check log.txt and it will tell you the texture it's looking for

is the image actually a png, or was it some other format and you changed the file extension?

I can see that it says that

but if you, for example, had an image called TheoReskinIdle00.webp and then changed the file extension to .png, that would not make it a png

it never changed
