I tried to install strawberry jam and but after installing all the missing dependencies I get a crash screen

it's fairly normal to get crashes while installing dependencies, as long as it seems to work afterwards you should be fine

ok also during the download it said there was errors installing a few dependencies from wat i saw it was sorbet helper and yetanother helper

usually the crashes happen when it tries to load the mod after installing it - if it's getting to that point in the first place, the installation itself succeeded fine
