Everest Doesn't open, and instead opens error_log.txt

(Also i have no clue if the .txt file has anything personal on the report so if it does tell me so i can delete it lol)

solved it: one of the mods i had where outdated so i turned it off

Glad that it's resolved itself, but please if you post another help thread at some point don't delete the original post
I guess you had your error log in there, which should've been fine, could've also edited it out (although I don't blame you for just deleting the post)
