progress save something

so i wanna get a new computer sometime soon and im gonna like backup my files or whatever im meant to do and im wondering if my modding progress will save, is there anything extra i need to do or something?

if you use steam it should be automatically saved to cloud but you can always back up the saves folder in your celeste directory, you can also copy the mods folder over manually if you dont want to download everything again
