Game wont Startup

Haven't opened the game in a few months and now im having issues with some mods not downloading properly no matter how many times I re-open the game. It keeps saying 'installing under dragon dec' or something for a second and then saying 'some updates failed, check your log.txt for more info'

this is when i open everest

update mods from olympus instead of everest

that worked for a moment but then it suddenly said an error occured while updating your mods and to check if im connected to the internet but I dont think thats the issue, now if I retry it says the same thing as soon as it checks for mod updates

I did check task manager tho and celeste was open in the background applications
