i downloaded a tileset from the asset drive, and set it up under Graphics/Atlases/Gameplay/tilesets/Kobra/Resort/glowwoomymetal.png
the foregroundtiles.xml is under Graphics/Kobra/Resort/foregroundtiles.xml and the tileset id is Tileset id="r" copy="y" path="Kobra/Resort/glowwoomymetal" sound="7"/>
whenever i try to set it up in loenn, it simply doesn't show up, and the tileset doesn't show up in the list. i'm new to mapping, so i don't know how to fix this
nor do i know what logs to post here lmao
i don't see any errors or anything in loenn itself

did you set the foreground xml on map metadata
and if you did, did you make sure you clicked the save changes button in the metadata window
the issue is that it doesn't show up when i try to set it in metadata
as in, i click the folder icon and set it to the foregroundtiles.xml, and the path doesn't appear
even after trying that and hitting save changed anyway, it doesnt work
that sounds like what happened to me recently when my map folder was located in a different celeste install from what lönn was using
oh that might be the issue then, i'm playing in another installation
how do i change it
help > open config directory, close lönn, open settings.conf in a text editor, and change the celeste directory
making sure you keep the double backslashes in the path
that seems to have fixed it showing up in metadata, but the tileset doesn't show up in the list
even when you switch to a different tile tool to refresh the list?

though i don't see how it would be failing to parse the xml
