Save Data for a single level disappeared

So basically I had already cleared glyph d-side on this exact save file (I am 100% sure because journal stats) some months ago and never had troubles with since, but when I loaded it today it just marked it as if I never played it, all the stats completely gone, but all the others levels had their stats completely untouched. Does someone knows how that could have happened? Thankfully it wasn't something major but I'm scared it happens again.

I think it might be due cause of a mod I was making and I just deleted one of the .bin in the folder (I don't know if there's a clean way to do it), and I also had glyph loaded when that happened

this could be multiple things:

• if you hard crash, session data wont be saved, thus it may not even save anything if you did not save and quit once (this includes power losses)
• you may have accidentally loaded an older version of your save files from steam cloud or similar
• it also could be some external program (such as an antivirus) preventing celeste from getting saved (though that would be really weird)
• it could be an everest bug, but without any reproduction steps we cannot really do much, so if it happens again please re-report
