Hi,

I've been trying to have 2 installation at the same time in Olympus and it "seems" to want to work..but not at the same time

We organise an archipelago and my friend already have a Modded instance.

For him to join I wanted to see if you could make 2 separate installations to not mess with his already modded install and just select other mods in the other instance.
**The mod works fine, that is not the issue

I've managed to make 2 installations folders by copying the folder in steamapps/common as "Celeste - Archipelago" and selecting it in Olympus.

The problem is that whatever mods I install or version I put this Manual installation it seems to always open the Steam instance, even when it is not in the "Installations" list...

If I click on "Everest" on the Manual version it still says the version number of steam one and opens it with the mods in the Steam installation

Is there a way to do 2 Modded separate instances of Everest?

long story short steam really doesn't like it when you have two steam installs of celeste

#

its possible to work around it by making a steam_appid.txt file in the archipelago folder, but i forgot what contents are supposed to be there

#

apparently the content is 504230

#

so yeah do that

Directly in the root folder?
So like this : "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Celeste - Archipelago\steam_appid.txt" ?

the spaces in the folder name do concern me slightly but this is a non-issue
