Hi!

I recently got a new Mac and bought an external hard drive to store any games that I play. I used to play with mods on my old computer. I believe it was through Everest.

As I said in the title, I downloaded Celeste onto the hard drive from Epic Games and I have not redownloaded any of the mods. Here is what the error log said:

Sorry if that isn't what was needed. Let me know if you need any other information.
Thanks

Is there a way that I can test that?

clear latch
#

i don't know of any way to tell definitively

#

is there no epic games launcher on mac?

#

or wait, i may have misunderstood

#

you downloaded celeste from epic games and tried to run it?

solid laurel
#

yep

clear latch
#

try verifying game files, maybe something went wrong

#

could it have something to do with cloud saves?

clear latch
#

likely not

#

did you complete farewell?

solid laurel
#

I did and then I wiped the cloud save to start from scratch with modding.

clear latch
#

ah
the crash here is related to loading the playback tutorials, like the ones used when teaching wavedashing, and "Unable to read beyond the end of the stream." suggests the file has not been written correctly

solid laurel
#

but this was a long time ago

#

huh ok. Is there anything I can do about that?

solid laurel
#

The verify happened but there was no pop ups or anything. I'll try again in case I missed something

clear latch
#

i'm no epic games expert snip_embarrassed

All good thanks for trying

#

Turning off cloud saves seemed to work

I don't know how to close the thread but Thanks
