Game is struggling to run after updating everest;
I tried disabling all mods, and it seems like just having everest enabled makes it run badly.
Running unmodded seems fine.
It was running fine before the last update.
Anything I can do to help it?

General game stutters a lot; the framerate is worse, and periodically stutters and freezes briefly. It is eating a lot of inputs.
