does this happen if you disable your skin mods?
It just happens one time but I play with the skin since one week
I don't think it's going to happen again, I just want to advertise if it's important for the creator of the skin.
What did you do when the crash happened, did you die? Saying which skinmod you were using would help too.
May I guess that you died with the Astolfo skin while holding a lantern?
It looks like the creator forgot to include the normally unused directional death animations in the lantern carrying sprite. Should be an easy fix.

i just copied the animations from jungle helper
will have a look at updating this in the morning
While you could fix it yourself, it is now fixed on smh+ side so it doesn't crash. You can of course make custom animations for it still.
Make sure to also fix these missing textures. I'm very petty about those.

The new version fixed it. That issue happens when a sprite's xml has a reference to an animation whose images don't exist.
For example I get this message, because my xml has <Loop id="swimIdle" path="swim" frames="0-5" delay="0.08" />, but the swim animation images are missing from the folder. I will be fixed when I add that animation.
Idk, but because you added the copy="Spooooky_Astolfo" argument, the game now finds the death animation.
