first clip is from modded celeste, second clip from vanilla
i have no idea what could have caused this uhh a helper update maybe but idk which one i didnt pay attention to my mods that were updating
also it doesnt increment the dash counter so i think the like dash code is failing to be like run properly or something

||i guess most possible is Tera helper. I didn't modify anything about swap blocks, and Dzhake Helper and Tera Helper are most broken helpers ever

ya it's dzhake helper, i just got the same issue and it was fixed by disabling it 
the issue is that for whatever reason canceling a dash by buffering jump doesn't count as a dash at all, not playing the soound, not counting towards dash counter, not triggering swap blocks
