Problem with launch of launcher everest on mac

Hello I have a small problem being under mac os high sierra 10.13 I cannot launch everest/olympus each time I launch it it acts as if it is launching (the animation) but the application does not launch can't you help me please

Everest and Olympus are different programs

which one isn't running?

Everest is modded Celeste, Olympus is the mod downloader/launcher you use to install Everest

i assume this is your first run after updating to the latest stable Everest?

if you have a lot of mods installed then the first run after the update can take a while (some people have reported minutes)

No it's the first time I'm installing it and it doesn't work I don't have anything installed on it

we've managed to track down and fix the issue for macOS versions 11 and earlier (so including high sierra)
