I'm about to board a 14hour flight in like an hour and I was testing out opening everest offline, and it gave me this popoup.
I made sure to update the mods beforehand and set auto-update on startup off.
I really don't wanna lose my hundreds of hours of progress. Can someone tell me if this is safe? And will I keep the progress I make once I reconnect online? Thanks.

if you've only been playing primarily on one device you don't need to worry

that means it'll use your local copy of the saves, which risks clobbering the cloud copy if it's newer

if you only play on one machine the cloud copy will never be newer, so it's ok
