I've had issues with the next tas failing to start on this pc on xna, which is annoying, but this is more critical

did some investigating: not sure what's causing the game to just sit on Scene indefinitely, but trying to start a tas via debugrc no longer works, the crash handler just holds you hostage until you menu out of it. I guess what I can do is detect a new crash log, then kill and restart the game

ive found that trying to start a tas while on the crash handler does not end well
