Celeste studio doesn't load when starting with wine

but the package name is listed exactly as it appears on debian repos

which hints it should not be

debian 12 is the newest stable release of debian from what i know

yeah, but with the deal of debian being a "stable" distro, having older well tested packages, not bleeding edge ones

nvm fixed it, for some reason the debian repo has wine for debian 8 only, so i just had to install it from the wine repo
