loenn doesn't flip decals when pressing h or v when in the placement tab

recently when I've launched loenn (version 1.7.6) whenever I go to place background decals and try to horizontally flip them with the h key, it does not work and does nothing. I'm asking about this since this is a really useful feature to have and has been historically an ahorn feature

place one, delete it and then use said keys

i think you can also just right click instead of placing+deleting
