i suggest narrowing the mod(s) that could be the culprit

do a mod bisect
disable half of the mods you have on right now and try again

  • if it crashes, disable half of those and repeat
  • if it doesn't, enable the mods you disabled, disable the other half and repeat
#

trying to pinpoint the exact cause while you have 151 mods enabled is not fun
