Mods wont update

Whenever I try to update any of my mods it just says "update failed" after downloading and nothing more. I have added a picture of it, can anyone help? Thank you!

This happens with all of my mods so it isn't just a problem with a single mod

lönn is considered to be "currently using" all your mod files while it's open

so everest trying to replace the files will fail
