(that's because everest makes assumptions about how celeste is structured internally, and the modifications made to remove DRM etc. for pirated versions can change that)

you could try fixing the permissions on your celeste folder & its contents (in particular fna.dll) maybe?

I can't do it, if the problem is related to the fact that I have a pirated version, then maybe I should download some kind of proven pirated version so that the game would already work on it?

i'm not certain that the issue is to do with it being pirated, but i can't rule it out.
i can't comment on what pirated versions might work better, both because i don't know, and it's against server rules to talk about specific sources
